The client is India’s leading telecom service provider and provides pan India voice and data services across 2G, 3G, and 4G platforms. The client company is developing infrastructure to introduce newer and smarter technologies, making both retail and enterprise customers future-ready with innovative offerings, conveniently accessible through an ecosystem of digital channels as well as extensive on-ground presence.

The Challenge

One of the biggest challenges of this project was that associates of the client company were spread across multiple outlets in various locations, ensuring HR hygiene and securing the required skilled manpower difficult.


Quess’ pan India presence ensured that there is sufficient manpower at each hub to screen and recruit the required skilled resources, thus ensuring that no outlet is unmanned. Also, we used our tech platform, Inedge for attendance, and employee self-service HRIS.
